Customers have 30 days to inform Pony R® Parts that they wish to return merchandise. Before returning items, please contact Pony R® Parts for a RMA number. Returned merchandise without an RMA number will not be accepted and returned to sender. Also, all returned items should be in their original packaging. Items that are returned with missing items, incorrect packaging or damaged parts will be subject to a restocking/repackaging fee for an amount consistent with the items received and at the sole discretion of Pony R® Parts.
If you receive a package that looks damaged, please contact Pony R® Parts before opening. Pony R® Parts takes great care in properly packaging your parts before shipping. However, once the boxes leave our facility, it is possible that they can be damaged by someone else. If at all possible, photograph any damaged boxes before opening. This will help in securing a claim against the shipping company.
Packages that are returned to Pony R® Parts by the shipping company because of an incomplete and/or incorrect addresses are subject to a 15% restocking and may take up to 2 weeks before credit is given. Also, the same terms apply if the customer refuses delivery or does not pickup items undelivered and left at the shippers warehouse facility after several attempted deliveries by the shipping company.
